Rockport 3/24/05
#1
[Smile] Fished Rockport on the State Park side near the "Down Under" day use area. It rained/snowed lightly during the day. Caught just one fat rainbow with a sliding bobber set up, with a worm on a ice fly about 10' under the bobber. No bites on the bottom with bait. I think the weather slowed the bite down, or we were in the wrong place. As the weather warms, it should be good fishing at the Rock.
Good Luck, and watch your line!

Thanks for the report, they have been few and far between from Rockport since ice out. Did you see body trolling? WH2

[Smile] No boats trolling, although the place is completely ice free. There were three fisherman a couple of hundred yards closer to the inlet. They were shore fishing, but couldn't see if they had any luck.
Good Luck!
