Any Catfish being Caught???

Just wondering if any cats are being caught at Willard or Utah lake. I live in Ogden, so Willard would be a shorter drive. Anyway, hope to hear from someone. I would like to go out tonight or tomorrow. Thanks!!

I was just going to post up a thread about this but I'll just reply to yours intead. I have caught a few pretty nice ones the last few days down by Lincoln beach. It's not very fast fishing but they have all been channels so far. Worms and minnows are what I have been using. All the fish i have caught have been pretty far out there. Make sure you don't reel in after casting or you'll get caught on the rocks every time it seems.

I saw a few guys with them at Lincoln Beach last night. I was giving it my all to catch some, but all I managed to snag was a walleye.

My wife caught a nice channel with a minnow at lincoln a few weeks back but it was a warm night .The mudcats seem to bite nonstop at night on worms.I usually use anchovies for the channels but i saw a mudcat saturday try to eat a whole anchovie![sly] He swallowed about 90% of it though .Dont know what he was thinking![]
