[font "Arial"]ODFW Access and Habitat Board to meet in Medford[/font] [font "Arial"][size 2]MEDFORD - The public is invited to attend the next meeting of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Access and Habitat Board, Apr. 26 in Medford. [/size][/font] [font "Arial"][size 2]The meeting is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Rogue Regency, 2300 Biddle Rd. The agenda includes a review of the latest Access and Habitat grant proposals, appointments to the Malheur Regional Advisory Council and a discussion of the A&H Auction and Raffle Program.[/size][/font] [font "Arial"][size 2]The A&H Program is funded by a $2 surcharge on hunting licenses. Funds raised by the program are distributed through grants to individual and corporate landowners, conservation organizations and others for cooperative wildlife habitat improvement and hunter access projects throughout the state.[/size][/font] [font "Arial"][size 2]An opportunity for public comment will be provided from 1:15 - 1:30 p.m. A teleconference line also is available for members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting but cannot attend in person. [/size][/font] [font "Arial"][size 2]The meeting will recess at for noon for lunch, where the board may discuss matters of general interest. Members of the public are welcome to join board members during lunch. The location will be announced during the meeting.
