I saw an earlier post asking about local Bass Clubs, so I though I'd plug one I hadn't seen mentioned on the BFT site before. Team Bass Cache Valley is a great group of guys from Northern Utah who hold open tournaments and club tournaments throughout the year. The open tournaments are team partner format, and the club tournaments are typically a draw format (sometimes with another twist like golf hole style, or night tournaments).
The club is a member of the Wyoming Bass Federation and has members who fish both local tournaments and Wyoming Federation Qualifiers, BASS Divisional Qualifiers, and various other tourneys (WON, American Bass, US Angler's Choice, etc.).
