We got to the Ventura Pier a little later than usual. Arrived at 8:45pm and checked the water temp. 58 degrees.
Some of the regular species were biting that night as well as a few more from some of the other anglers/pier rats.
A small Leopard shark came up as well as a Spiny Dogfish. We caught a Black Croaker and another guy caught an 8lb California Corbina.
We also caught a few Bat Rays, Thornback Rays and about 140 Walleye Surf Perch. After a few Calico Rock Fish came into the picture, it was time to head to Ciscos Landing.
We left at 3:30 am.[cool]
