Another big Brown from Jordanelle
#1
I caught these two big browns at Jordanelle on Saturday.[Wink] We caught about 30 fish all together including browns, rainbows and a Smallmouth. It was a sweet day on the lake![Smile][Smile][Smile]My old spring scale said that the big brown was 5.5 pounds but I think it was bigger than that, it was 25" long. We caught several other browns in the 2-3 pound class. The smaller brown was 4.25 pounds, I just think the bigger brown looks like it is more than 1 pound heavier, it sure felt heavier than the 4.25 pounder. Oh well, he will look darn good on my wall![Wink][Wink][Wink]

Those are a couple of nice browns! I'd imagine it was quite fun reeling them in. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Wow nice looking fish! How far offshore were you? And how fast was the rapalas running?

We caught fish in 8 feet of water to 80 feet of water. Sometimes we were close to the bank and others we were out in the deeper stuff. I caught the big one on a shallow point, about 10 feet deep. We went fast and slow, everything seemed to be working on Saturday.[Smile]
