Is there any major tournaments out there for floaters? I have noticed a big "lack of" here in Utah.

[cool][#0000ff]Hey Craig, there are tubing clubs and tubing tournaments all over the country. Many have their own websites. Here are a couple in California:[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]By the way, I hate to be a party-pooper, but I do not enjoy competitive fishing. Been there, done that and don't like it. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff] [#0000ff]I fish for fun...peace and tranquility and all that. Getting a few folks together, informally, for a friendly outing is okay with me, but not a media event.[/#0000ff] [#0000ff][/#0000ff] [#0000ff]However, I suspect that you can get a lot of interest and participation if you do it right. There are a lot of "flotation fishermen" in Utah. Going back to the late 70's, when I was the first one on many of Utah's waters with a float tube, I can probably take some of the blame for that.[/#0000ff] [signature]

I hear ya, I am still young and stupid, what can I say.
I have been tossing the idea out and have had some really good feedback. I have a feeling things will sort out ok and the reponse will be good if not great. [signature] |
