Fished D.C. 8/29 trolled all over the inlet side and got skunked. Theres not to many times of the year that I get skunked but yesterday was it, fished from 700am to 230pm. lots of moss
had to keep cleaning my lures........

next time your trolling areas with lots of weeds try this. put a #7 spilt shot about 30 inches infront of the offering. works real good.

did you try any wooley buggers or anything? My friend fished the Middle Provo inlet and caught about twelve within two hours using wooley buggers and prince nymphs.

Is all the moss from the lake turning over? I know Strawberry gets that way in mid Sept when the lake turns over and the fishing gets really good with wooley buggers near the surface?

I think it's to early for turnover, I think the moss is there because
the water temp is 70.
