Slow day for us, only 6 bass, 2 pickerel. Largest was only 15", 4 where 8". Alot of small fish in this lake and many jetskier's and skiers. Green sencos caught most of the fish. Don't think I'd be back too soon. Weed every where!!!

Today was slow for me too. I wasn't at Pachaug but where I was at in central connecticutwas awful. There was a hole lot of Alge, all over. The water level was really low. It also seemed like the water was littered a lot since the last time I was there. I've had some good luck there in the past too. I managed to catch a couple Panfish and let them gio. I lost a fight was a Catfish, after we went st it for a while.

The weed should be dieing off in a couple of weeks. Fishing should improve by the middle of the month if the weather turns alittle cooler. Fall is the best time for sweet water and salt. Bring it on!!
