Ducks on the river.
#1
after my fishing trip friday, I hit the river for ducks saturday. Kind of a slow day with a few spurts of action. We sat around in the boat shooting the bull and got a few flocks to drop in. My shooting was way off. I went through a whole box and a half of shells on ducks no more than thirty yards away and didnt kill a single bird. Just one of those days. It was fun for the other guys in my party to watch though. Gotta remember to aim.

That can happen to any of us PREDATOR. Usually though, it can be attributed to excessive clothing, chest waders, floatation vests or a combination of all. I've had to shed heavy coats in cold weather just to be able to shoot well. At present, I am looking at buying extra stocks for my scatterguns for cold weather hunting. That way on extra cold days I can wear the warm clothes and still hit the side of the barn...lol. Good hunting, Ghost
