[cool] Arrived at about 8am, Trolled from the marina east. Caught the first fish just outside the buoys. The action was hot till about 10:30. Trolled with leaded line and one person with mono, I was 2 colors deep with triple treazers, the mono caught the fish on spoons, wedding rings. He used a double flasher and 2 split shots to get it down a little bit. After 10:30 it was slower but still were catching fish. The weather was wonderful (short sleeve weather) until about 1:30 then a little breeze and clouds started rolling in. By 2 we had rain, hail, wind. We left, it looked the weather was even getting worse as we left. All in all, we boated 35-40 fish, a few little one 10-13 inches, the rest were fat 16-20 inch cutts. It was a great day to miss work.

You sir, are a lucky man! I need to sneak out of work one day and hit the big Berry. Sounds like a great trip. Thanks for the report.

I was also up at Renegade in the morning. It was so nice and sunny. It was slower than usual for us. They were not hitting the white tube jigs so much and the flies we tried were not as effective. I think Indian Creek got so slammed over the weekend. All the fish have sore lips. Anyway, what color and type of wedding rings were you guys using. Thanks for the report
