Tarryall 12-3-05
#1
[Smile] Fished Tarryall for about 4 hours this morning. Ice was about 5" thick, although there are some areas of open water in the middle. Caught a bunch of stocker rainbows (11"-13"). Not big, but lots of fun. Fished in 9-13' of water with various jigs (marabou, tube jigs, ratsos, etc.) tipped with waxworms. Everything I used worked about equally well. Great fun. The weather turned miserable about 10:00 with wind, corn snow, and white out conditions and that really turned the fish on.

This would be an ideal place to take a newbie icefisherman to get them into a lot of fish. Send me a PM if you need more info. [cool]
