PAUL, ID[font "Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"][size 2]—[/size][/font]Police officers from southern Idaho are helping teach local youths basic boating safety techniques through a new program called BEST (Boating Education and Safety Training).
Sponsored by the Minidoka County, Idaho, Sheriff's Department and Idaho Parks and Recreation, the program is being taught to physical education classes and to boat owners.
