Ice getting thin at Pelican

[size 1]Last night I spoke to Tincanfsh. He fished Pelican over the weekend. He said on Monday that the ice was only about 3" thick in the area where many on BFT have been fishing, and if two of them stood close to each other that the ice started to bow. Be careful if you venture out there. [/size]

Thanks for the report Kent. You'd think is was March or April! While it saves jingle on the heating bill this warm weather bites for us Ice Addicts![unimpressed]
Yep,,its time for a Arctic blast for a week or two to freeze the slushy fishin' holes, thicken those thin spots and harden the cap over all..
