Got up there at about 7:00 a.m. and found the road plowed only to the restrooms and not to the southern lot. A little tricky getting to the ice due to deep snow and not a really good trail to follow. Everyone we talked to found the fishing really slow, catching only a few. A really nasty wind came up around 2 that scared most everyone off the lake. Before that it was a beautiful day and all the slush was solid. Roads were plowed into Chicken Creek West and the ladders as well. Going up again Saturday/Monday, hoping for better luck. MRJ.
