Any recent fish lake or mill meadow reports?

After reading those perchie posts i am starving for some perchies![] Seems like the northern perch waters havent been freezing completely so that makes me nervous to take my family on the ice . [unsure] I havent been ice fishing this season and i am dire need of drilling some holes!Mill meadows has some good ice so it looks like it will be there i will hunting perchies.On the way i plan on hitting fish lake early morning for some troutski action.Has anyone fished any of those waters lately?

Me and the boy fished millmeadows 8 days ago on a week day. We caught about ten trout a piece. We only caught two perch. But I belive we fished the wrong inlet. Which was the U.M. So my suggestion is to go north to the freemont inlet. Fish the channel that runs in. Stay six to fifteen feet deep. Good Luck they are good fat ten inch Perch. Let me know how you do. Pikeman

Thanks for the info.What did you use to catch the trout? Will any kind of worms work better than plastics?
