Jordanelle help
#1
I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've been asked to write an article about smallmouth fishing at Jordanelle for an upcoming issue of Cabelas Outfitter Journal magazine. My problem is that I need five or six good pictures for them to choose from and I don't have any good enough and this isn't the best time of year to get them.

If any of you folks have photos you'd be willing to let me submit, I'd be grateful.Unfortunately, there is no monetary compensation involved, just the bragging rights that go with a chance to get a picture in a national publication.

This isn't a feature article. It is one of the brief regional articles in their Compass Points section.

I'll try to attach a copy of an article I did in the current issue on Utah Lake Walleye. They printed a picture of my son in that one and he had great fun showing it to all his friends at school.

Thanks.

Here's my contribution from my favorite fishin' hole at Jordanelle, passionatley called "Big Bass Bay". It's not the biggest one caught there but it's not the smallest smallie either.

I would love any pictures available. You can email them to me at:

They need fairly high resolution for the magazine, so feel free to send big files.

Thanks,

Flint

Thanks to everyone who sent pictures. The article will be in the July/August issue. Normally they select one picture to accompany the story.

When I submit the photos, I will ask them to include a photo credit for whatever picture they choose. But I don't have any control over whether or not they actually will do that. And I won't know what photo they have selected until the magazine is printed.

Once I get a copy, I'll scan it and post it here for everyone to see.

Thanks again for the help.

These are a couple of smallies my cousin and I have caught. The first 4 are me and the next two are utahbass1.

Sorry about the quality of the pics. I just scanned pictures that I have to a picture CD. No digital camera yet.
