Mantua or Hyrum Friday?

Anyone planning on hitting one of these ponds Friday? I'm looking to wet a line and hopefully catch a few!!

Derek I know BLM is going to Mantua on friday ; he asked me if I was going to go with him. Right now it's up in the air because of a wedding that I'm trying to get ready for; my next to the last daughter. So if I can get away from working I will be there with him and who ever else is there.

[cool][#0000ff]Be careful if you go. A DWR rep told me last night that the ice is deteriorating fast with the current siege of rain and warm weather. You might want to take a plank to help you get on and off the ice, if the edges are getting thin. He said the ice is about 5" of "iffy" ice.[/#0000ff]

I am planning on hitting Mantua in the morning if it isn't snowing. Hopefully there is still some ice I love that lake.
