[black]Call the Lucerne Valley Marina. They can give you the most up to date info on ramp conditions at Lucerne. They also will probably know how Sheep Creek and Anvil are too. Good Luck with your Gorge trip and let us know how it turned out. Here a link to the Marina's website:[/black]

Hey Guys,
I came past Sheep Creek yesterday and it is still frozen. Can't launch there, but Lucerene is wide open. I think Holmes is open and most of Big Bend, although I can't tell you if you can launch at Buckboard yet, sometimes the boat ramp is still frozen while the rest of the lake is open. I would bet that North of Buckboard is still frozed....good luck

I called Lucrene marina and the ramp is open there, last week there was still ice in sheep and at the pipeline, hopefully the wind will blow out the stuff up north soon....

[black]Hi bobco, I fished the confluence on the ice week before last, fish weren't biting so I went for a ride and took some pictures of the WY end of the Gorge, and posted the pics on the WY board. Buckboard is open, but that's it up here anyway. Soon hopefully I can roll the moth balls out of my searay and get out there on the wet stuff... Been a long winter, but went out on the ice enough that I didn't even mind the cold at all! heh later LBD[/black]
