A report from my cousin Josh Dunlap of Team Striper...
We started in West Cove for lots of Junk including 10+ quality leopard sharks. Bounced our way down to Ben Weston where we met the Little Striper picking up 3 25"-28" halibut & more sharks, slime sticks & a nice ling released because I can't keep up anymore. Looked good but no sign of seabass. When we ran out of squid we finished off on the front side for some good Calico fishing on the Big Hammer's including one of the biggest bass I've ever seen @ 27" caught by Kenny Gorsline on a 6 inch Calico Hunter colored BH. Absolute toad but no scale on the boat so it was released instead of risking it dying on the way across the channel. Off the water @ 2:00 PM.
