Sonar Installation Pictorial
#1
[cool][#0000ff]I have been using an Eagle Cuda 168 sonar on my Super Fat Cat for over two years. I have been more than happy with it, but have lusted after the larger screened model...the 168EX since they introduced it, shortly after I had bought the smaller unit. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]TubeBabe has been using an older model Fish ID (Eagle), without temperature readings and has been getting surly about it. So...when Cabelas had a sale on the 168EX last week, I bought two units...$99.99 each. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]In response to a lot of questions we get on setting up tubes and toons for sonar, I took pictures of every step of my setup and installation process. I posted a pictorial sequence on the Picture Board. [#0000ff]I realize there are many different configurations on different tubes and toons, but these pics should at least suggest some ideas and alternatives for those who have never gone through the process before.[/#0000ff]
