Cutthroats in the Gorge??

The dumbest part of all is the fact that this is all in the Colorado river drainage. Most all of the tribs going into the gorge had Colorado Cutts in them naturally and some still have a decent population. Planting Colorado's would have made much more sense to me. Colorado's are also not nearly the predatorial nature as the Bear Lake strain. I am not sure the reasoning on this one. I hope someone from the DWR is watching this thread and can give an explanation. There had to be some reason.
