I am heading to John Marrtin Res. over the weekend, has anyone fished there? I haven't fished there and any tips would be appreciated.

I haven't fished it for years, but the state record saugey (10+ lbs) is from there and I've heard that the crappie are coming back.

I'm not sure of the water levels, so I can't offer specifics except that I would certainly throw jigs along the riprap on the dam. And fish the dam with minnows if you have them. If the water is up in the trees at the upper end, I'd look there for crappie and saugeyes there, too.
