Where is the closest place to Orlando to get on Tarpon

I will be back in Orlando next month. Will it be late for Tarpon? If not any suggestions on where to go close to Orlando?

If the tarpon will be tough fishing any suggestions?

Check up around Canaveral or Mosquito Lagoon, on the atlantic side. I don't know anyone up there, but I have heard of tarpon around up there this time of year. Check the Florida Sportsman board (outdoors best forums) (I guess I can put that on here!).
