I was wondering if anyone might be interested working a trade for the use of a horse(s) during the limited entry elk hunt for the week of Sept 16th. in the Diamond Mountain Limit entry hunt.
Three experienced hunters (all in our 40's) have drawn out for this early season hunt and one of us had the unfortunate event of breaking his leg in February and is not ready for climbing too many hills.
We can trade any or all of the following: Welding, manual labor, fishing trips to a lake (I have a primo Boat & equipment) of your choice or anything thing you need help with. And $$ also part of the trade.
We basically need one horse to help the with the hunt but since I am experienced horseman and have all the equipment for one horse and know horses are much more comfortable traveling in pairs - two horses would probably be best.
We have access to a stock trailer.
