I think the one thing we can all do right now is not harvest any trout. Chubs will be kept in balance if we let enough predators get to size. It will never happen if we keep pulling all the big ones out. I really wish the DWR would take measures to shut down harvest before doing things like expensive net harvesting of chubs. We can still use the resource just don't kill em. Think what we would have even in just a few years.
