I was in SLC last week for some meetings, on the way up I stopped by Yuba and visted with the Park Ranger. There was no ice on the reservior, and the ranger indicated the bay would probably stay ice free this late in the season.
I also was at Fish Lake last Saturday and have to drive past Otter Creek, the ice was off it also. Looks like it might be time to get the boat out.
