THE BERRY
#1
hit the berry this morning with a co-worker and his daughter.
the weather couldn't have been better. air temp was 45 when we got there at 7:30. they both fished from shore and i put the toon on some nice calm water. water temp was 63 degree's. a small amount of moss but not really bad yet.
i ended up catching 6 slotters. all were sent back to grow alittle more. caught all of them on white tube jig, 2 1/2 incher, tipped with crawler. tried minnows, but didn't have any luck today with them. caught all fish between 25 and 35 feet of water.
what a wonderful day on the berry. [cool]

[cool][#0000ff]Way to go, Red. Glad you got out and that Mama Nature and the fishies both cooperated. I'm sure you were ready for a "brainbroom".[/#0000ff]
