glowing jigheads?

looking for glowing round jigheads. 1/32 oz, or 1/16 ounce. also looking for dip n glow.

now is the time to hit your halloween outlet, pickup a bottle of glow in the dark fingernail polish. I use it, it dose help. and with this you can make any jig glow in the dark.

follow most any of our sporting good banners to find glow in the dark hot-n-tots. "what they call them in mich." cabela's and most every where carries them.

I can turn any jig head to a glow head.

yes they have a glow color.

only the glow in the dark color glows.

you can mix small amounts of the other colors to the glow to get those colors to glow. but only use small amounts.

I picked up the whole set of colors. I picked up the larger glow size cauze I though I would use more of that color and I was right.

I have had my kit for about 10 years now.

I have seen guys use candles, bunson burners, hand heald craft heat blowers work real well.

did you see the enamal paint pen? they use them for putting on the dots and lines.

any one with a jighead mold or a pile of jigheads with chips out of the enamal will want this stuff.

[cool]Sorry I just noticed this thread. Haven't checked out the ice board in about a year. Getting pretty antsy out here in Utah to hit the hard deck too. There's a lake here called Huntington Reservoir that's about 10,000 ft elevation that should be ready in about two weeks, and I plan on fishing it the day after thanksgiving.

Anyhooters, regarding the making your own glo jigs, you really aught to send a p.m. to TubeDude whose the mod for the float tubing, Utah, and jigmaking board. He's got some good stuff on that, and could point you to the right website where he got his amazing glow material from. The dude knows all (or almost) about jig making...

there is a lot of great stuff out on the net, to bad they dont seek out sites like ours and put in a minimal add. there are a lot of members who would love to have access to this info.

its not up to us to run their add campain for them.

mine did not, but I bought mine at a traid show years ago, you may want to drop them an email and ask them.

My self, I would pay the extra couple bucks to by an additional glo. I have used mine and will have to replace it some time soon, but it will be a long time before I have to replace my other colors, But I dont do a whole lot of jigs heads either...
