crappiehunter and I went to Horseshoe Bend yesterday and were greeted with this!

It doesn't happen very often, but we were blanked - I only had one crappie on and lost it in the brush close to the boat.
Nature Report: ...saw an owl, a hawk, 2 different types of woodpeckers, nuthatches, juncos and the sandhills are still here.
...all in all, it was still another great day down by the Kankakee!
