1/2 cup Bacon, diced 2 cup Water 1 pt Fresh octopus, steam til tender 2 cup Steamed rice, slightly undercooked 1 lb Tomatoes 1 can Okra 1/2 cup Onions, diced 1 x Green pepper, diced 1/4 tsp Cayenne 1/2 cup Celery, diced Salt and pepper to taste [li]Boil bacon in water for 15 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. [li]Simmer together for ten minutes. Serve with warm cornbread.[/li]
