Squid (bodies only)
rinse bodies
take fresh crabmeat approx. 8 to 12 oz. per 3 lbs squid
seasoned bread crumbs- (4c)
1 egg
4 cloves garlic finely diced
8 oz bread crumbs to 12ozs of crabmeat drizzle crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic Fresh parsley and oregano approx. 1 tsp of each mix together forming a pate, drizzle with virgin olive oil. Stuff mantels with pate' 3/4 full closing with toothpicks using the tomato gravy recipe after gravy has cooked 1/2 way. Gently drop in squid closure up. cook for balance of 2 hours. Serve with favorite pasta.
