Cost per planted fish

I was skimming through the F&G's fish management plan and came across this and thought others might find it interesting. I read it costs $0.55 per catchable (around 8"-10" long) rainbow trout for the F&G to rear and plant. This can be found on page 26 of the management plan.

That's just barely more than a postage stamp. [] Not bad really, but I imagine when you add it up, with the numbers they stock, it is a pretty chunk of change. Definitely worth it though.
