Cold Feet Cure??
#1
I have noticed that all the pics from ice fishing that everyone is standing on the ice.

I take along a couple of 3/8" pieces of plywood - one about 15" square and another about 12"x30". These provide me with a place to knee and diffenitely help keep the wife's toes warm..

Just trying to give you options to help keep the kids toes warm...

[#0000ff]Another way to keep feet warm is to spray them with an anti -perspirent before putting on your socks. No sweat, no moisture, less cold![/#0000ff]

I think i'll start carrying some plywood in the bottom of my sled to use.

The best way i keep my feet warm is to make sure my core body temperature stays warm. Some hot chocolate or coffee goes a long way to making my whole body stay warm. That, and not forgetting to bring my chairs with me again.

I have found that a good hat goes a long way toward keeping my feet warm, also not having too many socks on so that I have good circulation.
