Fished from 1-5 Pm. Fishing was a little slow but managed to catch 3 fish. All were caught on a Pink Cut'r bug tipped with crawler. Fish were caught in 7-9 feet of water. Hard hits. No strike indicators needed.

thanks for the report! my brother and i fished the strawberry bay area and managed 18 each. we quit on a tie. he got one that was close to 22 inches, and we got many more in the slot.
best rigs were ice cut'rs in either chartreuse or crazy glow. (tipped with chub meat, or mealies)

Really?? Only 7-9 feet?? What are the fish doing up there these days? I thought they were hanging on the bottom in over 30 feet of water (in general) these days. I need some help since I am heading up next weekend without a finder. Should I be fishing the bottom?

I was fishing the bottom at 7-9 feet. Don't know why they are so shallow.
