Daniels edges

I want to go to Daniels Friday, but with the warm weather is the ice still accesable? I have heard that a lot of the other reservours around preston were soft on the edges. Does anybody know for sure?

Hopefully someone else that has been there lately will let you know what the edge ice is like. I would guess if you brought a long board you shouldn't have a problem getting on the ice.

I have fished Daniels into the middle of March in years past, but this recent warm spell might have done a number on it. It sur escrewed up some of our lakes down here.[mad]

drove past devils sun. soft water around it so take planks or latters so I'm guessing the others are getting to the point of soft water as the days move along.
