Kitchen Pass on VD

I got a kitchen pass on valentine day, wife had to work and I was off. We went to Strawberry at the bay. We took 4 wheelers across the bay in the morning. Didn't catch fish for about an hour. Then I caught 3 in about 15 minutes, then my friend got one. Then it died. About 11:00 we moved over by the camp grounds. Spent about 2 hours there, got one fish and a bite. Used white and green jigs with meal worms. All and all a slow day at the Berry and the wind didn't help either.

Did you have any problems with the 4 wheelers on the ice?

No problems. Only found one slushy spot. There was three us on the one 4 wheeler and pulling two sleds.
