PWC ramp at Jordanelle open?

I'm trying to head to Powell in a few weeks and need to try out a trolling motor I purchased over the winter. Would like to launch at Jordanelle and get in a little fishing while I'm at it. Anyone know if the PWC ramp is open water yet or is it still iced over?

Last Sunday the PWC ramp was iced over. The edges are getting weak, once you get past the weak edges the ice is 10" thick and starting to rought. The ice on Deer Creek seems to be coming off alittle faster. Maybe someone on the board has a recent report on DC.

I'll be at Powell from the 22nd to the 26th of April. Try Utah Lake if all you want to do is test out the motor, I am sure you will be able to pick up some fish too.
