Hyrum report 3/31
#1
Hit Hyrum Saturday for about 3 hours. The lake was all but white capping and the 14 footer waza hopping. Got there around 4 pm and ran into my uncle who had been out all day and got skunked. He said the fish were deep. As drove out, we spoke with a crew and they said they were doing pretty good on pop gear. I don't know what they were dragging. We trolled for the next three hours and got 2 fish and 1 other hit. We were using black and silver wally divers. The water temp was about 42 degrees. Still yet a bit cold. The rainbows were 16" and 12". No pics. Well that is Hyrum. Maybe some stable weather and warmer water will produce some consistent trout.

Thanks for posting your report LC, sounds like a tough one on the pond but at least there was no skunk involved[Wink]. I 'm sure warmer weather later this week will change the slow catching. WH2
