Took out the HOPPED UP TOON
#1
Just wanted to thank you for your GREAT POSTS. They are always very informative.
Also I took out the HOPPED UP TOON today. I put on the Bimini Top, Tarp sewn between two U's of PVC, by putting the ends of the PVC into extremely adjustable rod holders. This allows me to move it anywhere on the toon that I want. I can also fold it down out of the way, behind me. The wind catches it alittle bit, but not near as bad as I thought it would. The tighter I can stretch the tarp, the better. I also installed the deck. I used a light weight pallet, from COKE. I tied it into the fram using INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH Zip Ties. Theses Babies are super strong. It worked out very well. It's very stable and because it only weighs 3 1/2lbs it doesn't effect the center of gravity. It was a great way to stretch my legs, hold my sandwich amoungst other things. I did some sight fishing from it and was very pleased. Now all I need is a foot control unit for my trolling motor,HAHA.
As soon as I get someone with a digital carmera I will add a pic.

AGAIN THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL THE HELP
