YOU MAY CALL ME A FAT CAT.....
#1
[size 3][black]OWNER!!!!

[/black][/size][size 3][black]I returned the FC4 yesterday, I didn't like that the pockets were smaller than I thought. Also the float tube itself looks small in my opinion. I know it's a great float tube, but I was looking for something more & the Fat Cat is that!

Now if this didn't fly, like I didn't win the bid; my secondary choice was to get the Creek Company ODC 420. The ODC 420 size is in between the FC4 & Fat Cat. But I would have to just deal w/ the side pockets since the air valves were right there. I'm glad I didn't have to go there & buy the ODC 420, I'm sure I would've been happy w/ that one. [/black][/size][black][size 3]Now can I use a regular 2 way pump for float tubes to pump up the Fat Cat? I am not familiar w/ summit valves. Do I need an adapter to inflate?

I bought these fins at Bass Pro Shops, are these any good? Can you guys tell me the pro's & con's of this fin? They are Thruster Scuba Fins.

[/size][/black][size 3][black]Now I hear from home waters, Southern California that Hot Spot float tube fins are the best. They float if they ever come off your foot. I don't know if the Thruster fins will work good....or not.

Now if any of you guys can help me out....do you have a vertical 3 or 4 rod holder that you are not using & don't want? I need it to fit on the Fat Cat. If so, please PM me & tell me how much you want for it.

Way to go bro. Nice score. I'm sure you will be happy with your purchase. Give us a shout when you are ready to start tricking it out. There are tons of ideas here. You may even have some of your own that you could share with us.[cool]

[cool][#0000ff]You did VERY WELL at $199. I was watching that one too, and almost popped in with another $5 at the last minute. Glad I didn't. Probably woulda broke your little heart.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Plus, I think I have decided to go all the way with a new H3.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Your Fat Cat should come with an adaptor to hook on your two way pump. It does take a special adaptor.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Your link for fins just took me to the BassPro main page. I will check it out after I post and render an opinion. Probably work fine. As long as they are big enough to hold you, your waders and a couple of pairs of socks without constriction. Usually not a good idea to buy before you try.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]It is easy to make the rod holders like I posted in this link:[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]But, if you are "PVC challenged", I will put one together for you at cost.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Congratulations on scoring a good deal. Now the fun begins.[/#0000ff]

[#800040]Ghostrider, be sure and get some tethers for your flippers. I don't think they will come off, cause I had a pair just like them, but if they do, they will sink.[/#800040]
[#800040]Tethers are cheap, or you can make one out of a shoe lace.[/#800040]
