Dogs and fishing??

Especially with trout because they are so "spooky" and anxious fish. I actually just got a dog and wanted to know if it would be plausible to bring him with me or if that would ruin the fishing. Naw, it won't hurt the fishing. Dogs on a boat are great! You just need to make sure there are no stray lures or hooks lying around for them to step on. Take plenty oif water and try to figure out a way to rig something so they can get out of the hot sun part of the time.

as long as he does not jump off the back of the boat, and stays away from the lures and hooks he would be fine.
