Went to Yuba friday evening with 12-13 year old scouts to fish and play. Wind blew constantly from the time we arrived, through the night, until we left mid-day saturday.
Fortunately, it didn't stop the boys from playing in the sand and water. Wore them out though!
They want to try again so hopefully I'll be able to report actually getting a cast to go more than 20 feet from shore.
Have to say that sitting in a comfy camp chair watching the kids have a blast withOUT electronic gizmos was pretty cool.
