deer creek bass....

ran up to deer creek the other night after work to see what i could hook into with only an hour to fish...........put on the trusty le perch rapala and cast out. nuthin. so i cast it parallel to shore and hooked up with a largemouth. sweet!!! since i found em in that close i switched to my go to lure. a wacky rigged senko. next 50 mins=5 more bass. 4 smallies and another largemouth. i'll be back up there tonite or tomorrow night.........not bad for a quick hitter of a trip........

what color senko. where were you fishing? I tried a dark green imitation generic senko. Only one bite. fished wacky. How do you fish them? weightless? i use size 7 rapalas sinking and usually do really wellfrom shore. but want to learn some new techniqhes...
