deer creek 6-28
#1
decided to try the evening time at deer creek, fished from 5 pm till 1 am. started trolling crankbaits along the shore picked one walleye up on a perch colored crankbait then switched to bottom bouncing spinner rigs. after switching colors acouple of times we started catching walleye and perch. then the night came and we started casting the shore with jigs and cranks. caught two more on jig and one on a crankbait. walleye end total 1 trolling crank, 5 bottom bouncing and 2 on jigs only 3 walleye after it got dark.

16-18 inches, had three bigger ones on, but tossed the hook, one right next to the boat so i could see it throw the hook so i know it wasn't a carp. caught a 20 lb carp before trolling cranks thought it was the record eye[laugh].

fished 10-25 feet deep with the bottom bouncer, caught fish in that range. jigs from the shore too 10 feet deep. fished the west side didnt have the train bet like we do in the day, see if you can hook, fight and landing a fish while the heber creeper goes by.
