Bear Lake
#1
Took my new to me boat out on Thursday the 28th. Boat did great but the fishing was slow to non existent.

I launched at the state park marina and headed to the new rock piles. I trolled pop gear, flat fish, spoons, and rapallas but NADA! I did mark alot of fish and decided to drift/jig for a while but still nothing.

All in all I still had an awesome day on the water. New boat, wife accompanied me, great lunch, couple drinks, and WHAM another great day!

I will be hitting the East side now that I know the inner workings of my craft, hopefully I can get into a cutt or Mack before the power squadron hits the water. LOL

AAAAHHH Master! One must sway to the forbidden side from time to time. Just trying new tactics since I am minus the downriggers. In due time I shall be one with the trolling like you! You taught me well, just need the gear to practice what I know. Thanks for that, I owe you many!

I am staying faithful to the coors light however!

Give me a call, I will be back up on Tuesday!
