SHELL BEACH JUNE REPORT.....What an outstanding June!!! Fished 24 days and full limits and near full limits were the norm. Trout in the 2 to 4 lb. class were plentiful at the deeper rigs in Breton Sound and they were hitting Croakers and Campo's live shrimp. The quality and size of the shrimp were the best and they catch fish or die trying. We had some short days and some long days but the trout were cooperative and everyone had a great time. All the deep water trout were caught using Carolina rigged shrimp and croakers with a 3/8th or 1/2 oz. sliding sinker.
