Just wondering for those that own float tubes w/ foam seats; do you after a few uses turn the foam seat to the other side? Like when the seat feels like it's starting to bow, do you flip it to the other side?
I'm thinking of flipping my foam seat, just wanted some replies.

[cool][#0000ff]Flipping shouldn't be necessary. Most Fat Catters just put them in once and leave them in place for years.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]If your back seat is bowing, you may need to work on adjusting the tension straps. Might be too loose...letting you sit back too far and putting too much pressure on the seat back.[/#0000ff]

I did. The seat portion of my SFC was two piece and I would flip them over about every month. As far as the back rest, no I didn't, but like TD said, adjust the side straps right and you should be good. The old man put a piece of LEXAN in the back rest on his SFC. Said it worked real well.

I have close to 4 years with the foam in my FC4. No rotation necessary. It is all in the adjustment of the back rest just like TubeDude said.[cool]
