I went fishing a couple of days ago, and I caught a bunch of croaker and trout. My stepdad told me that croaker were good, so I tried to fillet them and cook them that day and save the trout for a nice dinner, but I did an awful job and the bones made it hard to eat, so does anyone have any techniques they'd be willing to share with me for preparing croaker?
