Prairie Maze opens at Potato Creek, Sept. 22
#1
The Prairie Maze, a great way to enjoy fall, opens at Potato Creek State Park, September 22.

Visitors to the maze can wander through 1.5 miles of trails cut in the 7-foot tall restored prairie grasses to try to unravel the mystery of the maze. Several stations located throughout the maze provide information about the prairie and clues to the puzzle.

Maze maps are available at the park entrance gate, park office and the Nature Center through the end of October. Maze walkers should park at the Deer Meadows Picnic Area.

There is no additional charge for the maze beyond the regular $5 per car (Indiana license) or $7 per car (out-of-state license) gate admission fee. For more information, call (574) 656-8186.
